Health and Safety requirements are very important to us- please follow any requirements put in place during your session.

 Every due care and attention is taken to ensure safety throughout the sessions- but all attending animals and owners do so at their own risk.

 We will obtain Veterinary Consent prior to assessment and treatment in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act.

You must pay your invoice within 48 hours of receipt. Any payment not received within 28 days of receipt will incur charges at £10 per week ongoing until the invoice is cleared.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to turn up to the appointed time will be charged in full.

If an animal is unwell or you have concerns- please call us ahead of your appointment time.
